Existing businesses that need support to grow and scale. They want to build their systems like HR, operations, Financial analysis, Strategy etc
Medium growth companies: Businesses that have been established for a few years and now are ready to grow 3x, 5x times on an annual basis.
Age: 21-40
Course: 3 months
Cohort: 10-12 individuals
Qualification: Graduate
Class 12 (With Minimum of 2 years work experience)

Entrepreneurship- Basic Concepts, Ideation & Innovation. Planning- How to start/ grow a business, conducting market research, product/ service launch.
Branding and marketing- Creating a buzz in the market. Exploring channels for advertising etc.
Strategy, Vision, Mission- Why, what, how, where and how of your business
Finance- Calculating start up/ expansion costs, Hiring, systems.
Interaction and learning from your cohort members and also entrepreneurs outside the state
Network and access to the entrepreneurship community Physical/ Digital library, research papers and business case studies
Monthly workshops on the future of business and events.
