WHY ESB START UP
INCUBATOR?
The ESB startup incubator is a 21st century Entrepreneurs institute/ Incubation centre that will provide interdisciplinary and cutting edge tools needed for entrepreneurs to succeed. The aim is to serve as a one stop centre for entrepreneurs.
The Incubation centre at ESB is supported by the Dept of Industry and commerce, Govt. of Nagaland and looks to support early start ups, existing businesses and high potential enterprises in tech/ non tech space across all sectors.
The incubator aims to build an eco system by providing the environment and handholding required for new ideas/ existing ideas to sustain, grow and scale.
ESB focuses on working with startups who have an eye for converting Problems into solutions, individuals/ entrepreneurs who want to move to the next level through business fundamentals and frameworks.
The Incubator will help entrepreneurs and businesses to create efficient enterprises by providing individuals/ organizations with an entire eco-system for start-ups. Its range of support includes incubation opportunity, co–working space, conference rooms and access to legal, finance, technology, and funding, among others.
The overall aim of the incubator is to work, support and collaborate with entrepreneurs that can create high impact for the region. The success/ failure of the start up incubators will be a direct reflection of the success or failure of the ESB Incubator.

Tech based incubators:
Individuals working on Brick and mortar business models.
Open across all sectors
Individuals who are committed to hard work, growth and scale.
Individuals who have a proven protoype and want to scale it.
Revenue of a minimum of 30 Lakhs/Annum
Age group: 21-45 years
Second cohort: 4-5 enterprises
