The first session of the Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) at Tetso College was held on 24th September, led by Atsung Sangtam. The session began with an overview of the program, providing students with a roadmap and clear objectives. This was followed by an introduction to entrepreneurship, emphasizing its importance in creating opportunities, particularly in Nagaland. An ice-breaking activity helped foster interaction and teamwork among participants, preparing them for collaborative tasks ahead.
A key segment of the session focused on identifying real-world problems that could be turned into business opportunities, encouraging students to think creatively and practically. The students were then divided into 4 groups based on shared interests, with each group set to work together throughout the program to develop and pitch business ideas. The session ended on a high note, with students excited to continue their entrepreneurial journey.
